87% FGs last year (the highest of his career so far plus the highest in Chief's history), many game winning FGs, 27 yrs old..I really like this pick. Im altering my original 8-8 WL prediction for this season to 10-6 Twisted Evil Twisted Evil

87%? 22/28 is 78%.

1 of the misses was an end of the half 57 yarder that was blocked, one was a missed 51 yarder, one was a missed 52 yarder, one was a missed 34 yarder, one was a missed 47 yarder, one was a missed 42 yarder. Take out the blocked/end of half desperation kick and it improves to 81%, but I'm not sure where anyone is getting 87%. Was 1 of 3(not counting the blocked one) from 50+ last year.

Which was a bit of a change in him because the two years prior he combined for 5/5 from 50+.

He'll be kicking in relatively better conditions here though. Doesn't get quite as cold here.

I got the 87% figure from Coach. See 4:40. But I agree with you, his numbers seem off a bit from 22/28.

ESPN:

The Chiefs released Succop on Saturday, going with an undrafted option at kicker. Succop, 27, hit 81 percent of his field goals over his past five seasons and his career-long is 54 yards. He has spent the past five seasons with the Chiefs who drafted him with the final pick of the 2009 draft out of South Carolina.

The 6-foot-2 Succop is 119 of 147 on field goals in his career, including 9 of 17 from 50 yards or longer. Succop was seventh in the NFL last season with 47 touchbacks and connected on 25 of 29 field goals. He has five game-winning kicks in his career.

25 of 29? Using those numbers, you come out to 86.2 percent.

ESPN, Profootballreference and NFL.com all list him at 22/28 last year.

He was 25/29 in his rookie season.
