I wish we would jut cut Greene. IMO he doesn't belong on this team. We have better more capable RB's on the roster.

Actually we don't. Who on the roster is more than capable? Sankey is a rookie, McCluster is gadget player, Washington is a return specialist, etc. I'm not the biggest Greene fan either but to say he doesn't belong and there's more capable players on the team is a joke. Greene still provides value as a power back. I know some will say Battle can be that but there's a reason Battle has been a career journeyman...

I guess we will have to agree to disagree because I would say that both Sankey and McCluster are better than Greene. Plus Greene is injury riddled and is just a hit away from gone again.

I agree. Greene reminds me of Lenwhale way too much. Great vision but to slow to get through the hole. Weight problems. He is better than White but is also more injury prone.

With our Oline Greene will see some success but will also cost us some big plays and kill drives. I know hes locked in this year but I hope Sankey takes the job and we cut him next year.

Also if Greene is as bad as he was last Sat in pass pro Locker may not make it to week 6.

I would say Greene's vision is well below average. Being terrible at pass pro and slow to the hole aren't his only problems. He looks worse this year than last, and that's probably because last year he was used sparingly, as he should be, and we didn't see him as an every down back.

I've read that sankey is still working on simple things like handoffs. In college he only had 4 running tracks, places to receive handoffs, and our offense is closer to 16-17 tracks. He's not exactly having a fumble problem, more so the placement on the handoff.

Honestly I haven't seen much out of bishop besides the dump pass he took pretty far that impresses. He hasn't run that well against backups in preseason so I'm hoping to see something in the last warm up game this week. See how he does behind our oline.

I like how wiz won't force the ball to a rb that might not be ready. Fumbling and turnovers are a huge thing. Once sankey has the hand off issue solved I'm sure well see more.

Not a fan of Greene at all. Never have been. Mccluster is nothing more than a receiving back that will get only a few caries a game. Not really huge on him, but I'm working on not relying on a 1 back system like the good ole days. It's a job specific league now and I'm happy we hav wiz as the HC and offensive guy.
