Was listening to JT the brick he had some Heisman voter out of LA. Say(paraphrasing) basically Kroenke is a businessman and that he doesn't care if Rams are outdrawn by the Raiders. That the Raiders would bring money and fans. Interesting take makes sense if he just wants revenue Think

He's stinkin rich so he knows what he's talking about. It should be a no brainer to let the Raiders come back to LA. Just like the good ol days with the 2 teams in LA (Rams in Anaheim technically).

Not many details have been released but Oakland has proposed a 1.3 billion dollar stadium.

All the same details that have already been known for a few months now. $200 from the city for infrastructure, $500 from the league($200 G5 loan and $100mil incentive) and the team ($200 PSL) and $400 from Fortress group.

The deal hinges on the city giving the land to Fortress to develop the stadium (55,000 seats) and surrounding areas for mixed-use developments including possible office or retail space, hotels, residential housing and parking. Same sort of plan other developer have tried to get done here in the past. The city council is hoping that the smaller amount of public money than previous deals will get the public's backing and Fortress is hoping that they can successfully get the plans right for the mixed use area which is where they would make most of their money.

Only thing that I learned from recent news was the would also reserve 15 acres for an A's stadium if they decide to stay at the site and would take over Oracle land if Warrior do indeed move to SF as planned in the near future. Obvious and logical additions confirmed.

Watching the local news and Fred Roggin reported the Chargers have signed the LA lease and are moving.

I'm so mad right now.

Same, man. Same. At least there'll be one guaranteed Raider game in LA every year

Did you guys actually think we had a chance at LA? Chargers were taking that deal all day long, never got my hopes up.

I mean we would have if it wasn't stacked against us. Think of the stacks the NFL would make with an up and coming team in that market. People still salty about Al and his past. We never were even given a fair chance.
