This guy is the epitome of high-effort low-talent guys that stick around as a reserve and ST player in the NFL.

He's smaller and slower than just about every NFL safety but he keeps getting work because of his high football IQ and the fact that he's a hard worker. Good for him - he's like the Wayne Chrebet of defense.

And he's been sorta average forever.

You can't explain that.

I've always liked the guy... He's crazy unathletic, but still holds his own. I wanted him to make the Saints roster.

I mean, yeah with the Jets and Ravens he held his own despite being meh at everything but, he was pretty bad for us last year. Average at sparing times but for the most part he wasn't very good and kinda got abused deep.

Can't believe he is still in the league. Amazing what you can do when you just know where to be. Got by on consistency/reliability and little else.

Not that random. Pettine was his coach last year. He was pretty good too. 4 interceptions and 6 passes defended in limited playing time.

Sometimes that's all a team wants/needs. GB would have killed for a guy like that last year with our S play being horrendous. I have no idea how MD Jennings got a job and I was smiling from ear to ear when it was the Bears that gave him that job.

One of my favorite players to watch. Definitely limited size-wise, but I certainly wouldn't label him unathletic.. decent speed, and is as physical as anyone out there...
