With Spiller there, will be interesting to see the numbers.

There's been some rumbling Spiller might be traded.

The Bills also have Bryce Brown and Anthony Dixon on the roster.

Other then Jason LA Canfora has anyone else said this?

Every year there is a rumour we are going to trade Spiller. Unlikely it ever happens. More valuable to the Bills this season on their roster then not on it.

I saw LaConfora tweet this as well. I thought about what teams might actually give up a draft pick for Spiller. If we exclude teams within the division (rare for trades to occur between division rivals) then I think, barring injury, only the Atlanta Falcons make sense as a destination. They have aspirations of being a contender and an offense that could use Spiller. Not sure if anybody else has any other teams in mind.

Good news for Jackson. I like him a lot. Gets the job done. Not flashy but incredibly effective. He's underrated for sure and glad to see him get paid. It makes me happy when a guy gets an extension or raise when you hear nothing in the media about him being disgruntled.

The man just never seems to wear down. I have nothing but respect for Fred, he's had a great career and I'm glad to see him get rewarded again.

He was a decent fantasy RB for me last year...I'll give him that. Solid move.

Otherwise, I don't see Spiller or Brown as long term answers at RB for Buffalo. The RB class this year looks pretty decent, and the Bills may be able to find a good one somewhere in the 2nd round.

Decent? Top 10 Fantasy season at his position, and you only payed free waiver to grab him. So did I. Cool

I see both as a potential long term answer, word on the street is that we've been on the Bryce Brown bandwagon for over a year. Plus we gave up a potential 3rd round pick for him. He will be given all the opportunity in the world to be our future back.
