Yep, it's on the way to being done for CB Terrell Thomas and the Seahawks. Should be finalized soon. Reunited with USC coach Pete Carroll.

Gotta love it. Should be for the veteran minimum and he'll get the chance to compete with some of our younger guys for a spot on the final roster. He just has to prove he's healthy and still a capable player after back-to-back ACL tears.

I don't think he makes the final 53 but at this point it's a smart decision to let him compete with Phillip Adams, AJ Jefferson and Tharold Simon for one of the spots behind Jeremy Lane, Byron Maxwell and Richard Sherman.

I wish him luck, it was good to see him rebound from injury with the Giants and he should be reliable depth for Seattle.

Would be good if his ligaments weren't made of string cheese.

High character, solid tackler. Had some standout plays, but an overall mixed bag, imo. I've heard people rave about him and others say he was done. Best of luck to him. Maybe the pass rush up from revitalizes his career.

The signing of Thomas adds even more experience and talent to that "Legion of Boom" unit. Now they have to focus on satisfying Lynch.

He's the type of corner they look for. Long and physical.

The obvious con is health. He's three ACL, including back to back in 2011-2012.
He came back in 2013, which in itself is a pretty awesome feat.

We used him mainly in the slot because he's supposed to be a good tackler, which he wasn't last season ...

Thing is, when the Giants let somebody go, they most likely won't produce. Is it because they're bad players to start with or because we let them go at the right time, I don't know.

Bennett is the only guy I can think of that played well after leaving (Im' not going back 75 years here ...).

Good player when healthy. Too bad he's incredibly fragile, as Giants fans have said. In a situational dime/nickel role with the Seahawks he should benefit them. But I'd be weary if he has to start because each hit he takes could break him.

You watch, as soon as he gets into a new environment he'll have a resurrection of his career.

He was great years ago before his knees turned to jelly so hopefully (well, its Seattle, so not too hopeful) he can get some of that form back.

AJ Jefferson is a Seahawk? They just can't get enough Ex-Vikings on their team. Laughing

Thomas seemed like a decent player before the injuries. I don't know if he'll amount to much, or ever get back to form, but if he does at least he's in a good situation.

Once again Seattle is loading up their CB core to be one of the deepest and best in the NFL, meanwhile Baltimore is sitting over here with 2 CB's and a handful of absolute scrubs.

Good signing for the Seahawks if Thomas can stay healthy.

Good god, give it a rest. The Ravens aren't even mentioned in this thread. Your schtick is old.
