Damn, I love that the season is getting closer but there are these casualties in camp that I pray we can avoid

I really liked Hunter as the 2 but it's good to see we might have some capable, maybe even better guys emerge in his place. The unknown is a big factor but I think one of the backups will pull their weight.

How is that 9ers group deep at all? Hyde is a decent rookie, Lattimore just had the worst knee injury I've seen in a long time, and James hasn't done anything yet. Gore is still good, but isn't he the oldest RB in the league?

Give me the Ravens, Bills, Panthers, Bengals, Patriots, Eagles, and Redskins all over them.

Shocked Question

Every team does and SF was not that bad. Cowboys lost S.Lee for the yr, Bills lost K.Alonzo for the yr, Cards, D.Washington. Those are truly bad team blows right there. 49ers will be just fine without Hunter. I don't think they miss a single beat with him out. Gore/Hyde/James/Lattimore will fair just fine. Hyde is going to be a good one.

LaMichael James carted off during 49ers practice

Not a good start of training camp for San Fransisco's backfield.

These injuries have little to nothing to do with conditioning. But hey, nice attempt at plugging your home team.

He's talking about being able to recover from injuries faster; he's a Niners fan after all, despite his misleading username.

Deepest backfield in NFL arguably. Sucks for Hunter though, wish him a speedy recovery.

no way you honestly believe this

The Pats have a couple of guys (Bolden, Ridley) that they might be willing to part with for the right price.
