In an attempt to ignite a fire in this forum again and spark some conversation, let's try and do the classic ranking the Raiders current roster post FA and the draft. This will be the second of a number of threads to determine the ranking of players by majority vote.

After some sad realization by a number of Raider fans concerning our roster, Marcel Reece is voted the Raiders current best player!

Who do you have for #2? My personal vote: Justin Tuck

Going Sio again (at least until he's ranked). I can't go with a player who hasn't played a down for the Raiders and I have to discount players who aren't significant contributors.

Went with Tuck. He had a really solid year last season, and has Provence himself on numerous occasions at the NFL level. His game wasn't ever built off of freak athletic traits. He has great technique, strength, and a good motor. He doesn't have a whole lot of time left in his career but what he brings to this team in terms of leadership as well as production will be vital to the continued improvement to this franchise. I think we could look back in a few years and say that Justin Tuck signing was one of the first dominoes to building this team. Yes hes a little.older but he was the first real proven high performance player that came to Oakland by choice. I think Tuck ends up having another rock solid season and proves to be the leader on this defense.

I don't know who #2 is, but I sure want to know who he works for!

Hopefully by the end of the year it will be Khalil Mack.

I agree with NCOUGHMAN, Streater has been a surprise since he started wearing Silver and Black. If he goes for 75/1000/8 this year I would say he's our best player Laughing
