With the preseason and training camp now in the books, the Cowboys went 0-4.

Time to put in your predictions for the regular season.

Playoff bound or we bustin??

Will this defense be historically bad? Will we see the departure of Garrett and company?

Do we even stand a chance?

Tow the line! Where do you stand?

Here's my prediction... If Romo misses significant playing time this, we will have a top 3 pick in the draft.

I think we're in for a 7-9 win year, maybe more if the defense can at the very least be average and we don't suffer any more significant injuries.

I'm not gonna lie, this is the most pessimistic I've ever been before the start of the season...I'm not going to be surprised if we not only have a top 3 pick, but the TOP pick!

I hope I'm wrong, but it's just not looking good for the home team...

This is as down as I've been on the team in a long time. I honestly don't think we'll even be able to pull out 8-8 this year, though 6 or 7 wins isn't out of the question due to the division we play in. Our offense might be able to win a couple of games on their own, but the defense is going to be a albatross on this team all year.

I would not be surprised if Garrett is still around after this year barring a complete collapse knowing how Jerry feels about him. However, I feel he should be on thin ice.

Only chance we have is if our offense is on fire enough all year to outscore our opponents and our defense is at least below average and not bottom-of-the-barrel awful. It'd have to be the division title too because there's no way we can beat out all the other great competition in the conference for a WC in my opinion.

I'm tellin ya...I will laugh my [inappropriate/removed] off if we end up getting hot and making a strong push to make the playoffs and do something once we get there.

Just feels like it'd be that kind of year with everyone down on the team and having very low expectations. Laughing

Besides 8-8, the other win-loss record the Boys live is 5-11. I'll go with that.

I don't think they will be top overall pick bad (unless Romo misses significant time) but yeah, I'm settling in for a long season. I'm prepared for a 4-5 win season.

5-11. Defense is awful and the schedule is tough.

The first 4 games are going to be the tell all of the season. We have a lot of unknowns with ths defense:

1. Melton can he return to probowl form
2. T. McClain coming off injury
3. Claiborne coming off injury
4. Carr missed a lot of TC, rusty
5. Selvie coming off injury
6. Mincey coming off injury
7. Mincey and T. McClain picked off the scrap heap in FA, are they capable starters or just career backups
8. Can Carter finally put it all together and be who we thought he was
9. Can Rolando get his life together and be the dominate force he can be or will he retire (again)
10. Who steps up to be that rangy ball hawk safety
11. Who is filling in the slot corner while Scandrick is suspended
12. Will Spencer return in the first month
13. Can Spencer return to form or will his leg give out
14. Can Lawrence return quicker

So many unknowns! The first 4 weeks will be telling!

We will be 8-7 going into the last game, with a playoff berth up for grabs.

We will lose, miss the playoffs, and be 8-8 again, setting the all time record for most consecutive 8-8 seasons.

Jerry will give Garrett a new contract.

Dez and Tyron will be first team All Pro.

Week 1 vs San Francisco - L - Their defense is better than ours, our offense is better than theirs, the game will be closer than a lot of people think.

Week 2 @ Tennessee - W - Yeah, they aren't good.

Week 3 @ St. Louis - W - They lost their QB, don't have a stud RB and are suspect on defense.

Week - 4 vs New Orleans - L - This one could get ugly.

Week 5 vs Houston - W - Much like the game against San Fran, this is a close one, but Dallas will squeak out a win.

Week 6 @ Seattle - L - Another ugly loss.

Week 7 vs New York - W - Full Eli

Week 8 vs Washington - L - RGIII will get benched during this game and Cousins will pull out a comeback win.

Week 9 vs Arizona - W - Too many injuries/suspensions on defense for the Cards.

Week 10 @ Jacksonville in England - W Jolly good show, pip pip cheerio and all that rot.

Week 11 - BYE

Week 12 @ New York - W - Full Eli 2

Week 13 vs Philadelphia - L - Thanksgiving is ruined for everyone when Romo gets carted off and Weeden lays an egg.

Week 14 @ Chicago - L - No Romo = No Win

Week 15 @ Philadelphia - L - No Romo = No Win

Week 16 vs Indianapolis - L - No Romo = No Win

Week 17 @ Washington - W - Weeden out plays RGIII, who has regained his starting job, but still sucks.

Another 8-8 season. Another year without making the playoffs. Media and fan speculation runs rampant about Jerry replacing Garrett. It doesn't happen. Garrett is Jerry's boy and is given a contract extension. Fans and media go nuts.

6-10

This team is bad on defense...like insanely bad. Not to mention the stupidity and immaturaty of having players getting suspended left and right. This team is not disciplined and it will be painfully obvious on D
