We need to come up with a name, seeing as our mods have going lock crazy here the last few days.

Laughing

MH, HT and I threw out some names in the last one, starting at this page:

http://www.footballsfuture.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=542021&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=1440

Feel free to throw out suggestions.

Well guys - I think I found a starting point for our new thread title. Need some ideas:

What is the big thing (in the garage sale)?

Candice Romo: Well, the big thing - whoever gets this is the prize winner - is our old love sack. It's a huge, ginormous basically bean bag that was kind of his couch for years before we were even married. It kind of like molded to his body just perfectly. When I got married and I moved in, I was like 'that's gotta go.' So, we are finally getting rid of the love sack. Whoever gets that probably really needs to wash it really good. Or just get a whole new cover. Who knows what's living in there.

TACT 14: Buy Romos Sack, for charity

YES... YES... YES!!! THIS FTTMFW!!

Frankly I think our current Mods are soft when it comes to ruling with an iron mouse-click.

Back in my day I used to relish locking every other thread. I purged the forum of clutter and mayhem, and the realm was peaceful.

TACT XIV: At least we aren't VagiantEagleSkins fans.

and

TACT XIV: Who had May in the Lee Injury Pool?

I dont understand the point of killing activity in an already dead forum.

Same here. We need more discussion, not less. Personally, I don't read every single page of every single thread. I hate having to scroll through several pages of crap I don't care about to find something I do want to read about. I get the locking of the multiple Sean Lee threads. We're already discussing Sean Lee in a specific thread. But, the locking of the thread about us signing some OG made no sense to me and no reason was given for it.

It is actually the complete opposite reason. The purpose of locking threads is to allow all traffic to flow in one direction, thus, hopefully properlling conversation.

Take the Lee threads. If we were to have 7 - which would not surprise me - each person would be spouting off opinions and it would dilute the dialogue since less and less individuals would post in seven different topics.

So while I understand where you are coming from, the conclusion you reached is wrong.

Yeah, that's what I thought when I posted it. If that is real, it's pretty damn cool.

In TACT 13, I wrote:

Anyone know who this is...

The answer is Shamarko Thomas, from Syracuse. He was a 4th round pick by the Steelers in 2013. He ran a 4.37 second 40. If I was going that fast, I'd fall down too. Here's another view of it.

As asked in the other TACT, does anyone on here have any experience flying an R/C quadcopter? I'm thinking about getting one for Drew this summer, but want to know how hard they are to fly.
