In this upcoming season? He'll be on the team. It's the 2015-2016 season we're predicting he'll be cut in. At this point though I could see us trying to restructure him. He's so engrained as part of our identity. Think MJD and Fred Taylor together

Beast is by far the best RB Seattle has ever had, even better than Alexander. That being said I think he was a bit banged up this year and how he plays this coming year could impact the teams willingness to resign him at all. In a perfect world beast has a career year and resigns at a reduced rate and runs like a barbarian for another 2-3 years.

What will actually happen is he will be solid as usual and we will rotate in Christine a bit more. Christine will probably impress and make the decision easy for us next year.

This is what I would like to happen. His guaranteed salary ends after this upcoming season, so the team will be in a position of leverage to swing a team-friendly restructured deal. The coaches have already said that they have no plans of lightening Lynch's workload for this upcoming season, which only tells me they want to squeeze whatever they can out of him before treating him as the #2 "big back" like Jeremy Hill in Cincinnati.

He will be on the team for 2014 but beyond that? It is anybody's guess. As like Tatupu 64 says, it is up in the air!

He'll be on the team next year. After that, unlikely, unless he restructures.
