If we are going to go after anyone at this point, I would much rather take a chance on Colt Lyerla; he was a legit 2nd or 3rd round guy before he got in trouble.

Fun fact me and Brandon were high school teammates but sadly he went to the saints which sucks but I'm happy for him. Should of been drafted

37 underclassmen declared and went undrafted. Pretty sad.

I agree. I wish the NCAA would allow these guys to come back if not drafted.

I'm sure if could be done in a way that is far to the players, NCAA, colleges, and NFL.

The Saints had a GREAT draft! I hated watching them take people I wanted like Cooks especially and Jean Baptiste! That Cooks kid is going to light us up! It sucks that we only got one WR!

Cooks is scary but I don't get the big deal over SJB. Only played corner two seasons, is pretty raw and already 24. He should thank Richard Sherman for boosting the stock of every 6'3 corner even if they play nothing like him.

Doubt he starts over Lewis, Bailey, Robinson, or White for a couple years.

Hes a ballhawk and physical, hes good enough to beat one of those dudes out and with that pass rush, he will be really good!

The saints had the draft that the panthers should have had. Selecting only one receiver, especially one that lacks speed, definitely makes this an underwhelming draft. Cooks and Moncrief or Cooks and Coleman would have been awesome. The panthers definitely should have traded up for a receiver in the third and took a flyer on a corner like Purifoy in the seventh (not a fan but worth a gamble in the seventh).

I'm a Nebraska fan living in Nebraska and frankly I don't get the love affair for SJB. If you're drafting him, you're doing it completely based on potential. And he certainly could develop into a very good CB, but that remains to be seen. He's very raw. I like the guy and, outside of Carolina's games against him, I hope he does well, but I'm not going to be surprised in the least if he never pans out.

New Orleans has a good pass rush and he will benefit I think.
