Guys, we can go all night with these make comparisons to busts and successful players that have similar metrics or college careers.

This pick is going to be telling about the type of system this team has been cultivating the past few years. Good systems get the best out of players that other teams would fail to do. Also the major reason free agents don't have similar success with new teams.

You are sooo wrong on Kelvin Benjamin

his combine proves this so you are very wrong

Out of the top 20 Wrs at the combine

Kelvin was 39/45 40t @ 4.61 (Official)
Kelvin was 41/44 10 yrd @ 1.66 (1st Attempt)
Kelvin was 26/30 10 yrd @ 1.66 (2nd Attempt)
Kelvin was 23/37 on the bench press with only 13 reps
Kelvin was 35/42 Vertical @32.5
Kelvin was 30/40 Broadjump @9'11"
Kelvin was 38/38 Three Cone at 7.33
Kelvin was 37/38 Short Shuttle @4.39
Kelvin was 21/21 60yard @12.08

only had 1 decent year of Football...doesnt really matter if you are 6-5 and can only leap 32.5" when Dbs and LBs are jumping 36-41" on you.

Kelvin Benjamin is just USC Mike Williams 2.0 Boom or Bust pick

Where did he come in on game winning TD catches in the National Championship game?

Lol

if he can lose some weight. cut down to 230 235 with diet and an nfl workout regimen i see no reason he can't improve his speed and all around athleticism. he looks a little soft in the body imo. he has the big body to move the chains on 3rd and longs and should immediately be a threat in the red zone but they need to get his weight under control. go on cams all fish diet or something

According to his instagram he is "6'6, 250lb, 4% body fat". I don't know how true that is. If he actually is then I don't know how much more weight he can lose Confused

that would be insane if true. he doesn't look shredded to me. but i've never seen his body type. even so there are legit workouts that increase foot speed, burst, and jumping. maybe he's just a slow twitch athlete. if so i think he'll be a TE in 3 years

His game speed is pretty quick and once he gets going he has an extra gear.

which means little to nothing. even armanti Edwards looked good a couple years in camp. preseason will mean a ton more IMO

Exactly. I said that he picked a number with low marketability on another board and got butchered.

Players make the number yea, I know but c'mon. 13?

Idk what the new WRs picked for numbers but we'll likely see a lot of 80's clear our soon.
