3) We draft a skill position player at #33.

4) We leave a significant amount of holes unfilled.

5) Everybody on this board hates our draft, especially Apollo.

Since its a bold prediction thread for #5, I think you meant everyone will love the draft ,especially Apollo.

Beat me to it! Actually, in my defense, I occasionally have liked a draft and sometimes I've even admitted when I was wrong.

2008 - hated everything about it - was wrong about Duane Brown
2009 - liked it, still like it
2010 - hated everything about it - still hate it
2011 - liked it, still like it (well, still like Watt & Reed anyway)
2012 - hated every pick but Mercilus
2013 - hated every pick but Hopkins & Swearinger
2014 - ?? if I like 3 picks it would be my favorite draft since 09

I really hope you guys don't go QB at all in round 1 tomorrow. I don't see any of the guys being worth a first round pick, and if you guys were to use your first and have a Super Bowl caliber team there by the time you get your QB, I could see the Texans winning the Super Bowl. Teams don't need a Manning, Brady or Brees to win a Super Bowl. And if you pick wrong at QB, it can set you back years.

I'd love for the Texans to either go Mack or Clowney in round one and then get a defensive back to start off round two.

1. The Texans will do a pick and trade with Atlanta in the 1st round for Clowney and compensation picks from Atlanta.

2. Texans will also trade the #33 pick, probably to San Francisco.

3. Teddy Bridgewater will be a Texan by the end of the 1st day.

4. Mr. Irrelevant will be a Penn St. player.

1. Jacksonville will be the first team to trade down.
Texans will select Jadevion Clowney, St. Louis will stand pat and select Greg Robinson, and Detroit will trade up with Jacksonville to select WR Sammy Watkins. Or...Texans will draft Johnny Manziel, St. Louis will STILL select Greg Robinson, and Atlanta will trade up with Jacksonville to select Clowney.

2. Derek Carr will be the 2nd QB off of the board.
Yes, over Teddy Bridgewater and Blake Bortles.

3. Dri Archer will be the 1st RB off the board.
Mid 2nd. I'm even thinking the Texans package 65 along with a few more mid round picks to get back into the 2nd round to select the Kevin Faulk/Danny Woodhead esque weapon.

4. The Texans will draft Nebraska QB Taylor Martinez on day 3.
Much like Julian Edelman, Martinez is an electric athlete who is a good open field runner and a smart football player...but not a QB at the NFL level. He will compete with WR Keyshawn Martin for snaps at slot WR, and don't be surprised if Martinez ends up as the starter by the end of the season.

5. The Texans will NOT draft a NT.
Despite it being a vital need, the Texans will forgo selecting one in this draft, opting to sign multiple vet FAs to rotate into the role.

1. Houston Trades down twice in the first round. (to 4, 6, or 9 then to 14-19)

2. We address ALL of our holes with this draft, even if it's only with depth.

3. We draft 0 TE's this year(unless one falls wayyyyy down from where most would project them to go..)

4. Teddy ends up a Texan.
