Did I miss the vote?

Nope....Hey friendly reminder all trades need to be discussed and voted on if you want this trade to be approved it would be in your best interest to discuss the trade

Sincerely,
TC

discussed with everyone? i discussed it with the staff, which granted is one person

Here is one of the rules of trades in FFMDII
Quote:

4. A GM/AGM must get feedback from his staff and fans of their team before officially consummating a trade. Sufficient time should be given to allow members to review and vote.

You have at least 4 other forum members that have posted....we need to know that you have discussed this deal with everyone and voted on it, it is tough to do that if you do not actually vote on it. I am not trying to be a pain I am just warning you that if you do not include everyone it could be vetoed.

Sorry guess I missed that and we're on a bit of a time crunch so I guess I rushed.

I'm not a fan of the trade. It opens new holes and leaves fewer resources to fill them along with the holes we already have.

we didn't pick up fairley option on his contract so there is a solid chance he could be gone after this year anyhow. We could plug the gap witha vet and mid round run stuffer.

What available vet are you going to be able to get this year that has any chance of being nearly as good as a motivated Fairley could be?

Well it appears the trade has been made official. If true, my vote is for Clowney.

Just wait a little but before making the pick in case others want to voice their opinion. Though, we have a few big boards sent in and they average out to Clowney as the pick.

I like getting Clowney, I think we gave too much but oh well. Would be exciting to see Suh, Clowney and Ansah on the same line.

What picks do we have left? Should've fought to keep Fairley, IMO.

I agree, or made it a 2nd next year. I think he is solid still but it helps having our 2nd still. We need to hit with our 2nd for sure but hoenstly I like adding Clowney to this team.

As for picks left it looks like we have our 2nd, our 4th and two 4th comp picks plus 141. Maybe we should try and move up from our second as well. Adding a couple top talents to our D would be sweet and fill it out the depth with our comp picks.

We have our 2nd, 4th, comp 4th's, 5th from Houston, and our 6th. Moving up could be done, because we really don't have that many real needs so we can focus on talent. There will also likely be some decent UDFA's to fill in depth.
