I'd like Barr if he falls, if not, then Fuller.

It's starting to sound like Fuller isn't making it out of the teens according to reports, rumors, and speculation.

Barr and HaHa might require a small trade up. I can't see how teams would let them fall out of the top 20 picks.

You're a big Alabama fan Roll (in case you didn't know)

What're your thoughts on HaHa? What're his strengths and weaknesses?

I have correctly predicted the eagles pick 3 of 4 years now. Still no good guess for this year though.

Right now my guess is Justin Gilbert...one big name I think they'd be interested in, but they haven't been linked to by reports. All the trade up talk would help him slide if teams buy into it enough.

No thanks. Alabama players seem to have an astronomically high bust rate.

I'd prefer Pryor over Ha-Ha. Or waiting until next year to take a Bama safety.

Yeah Bama players do scare me, but I really do love that he wants to play for the birds

What're your thoughts on HaHa? What're his strengths and weaknesses?

Strengths:
He's long. Really good in coverage. He's got enough speed to keep up with deep threats and he's physical enough to hold his own against really physical tight ends. He has the ability to take away a lot of deep passes against more vertically oriented offenses. He doesn't let players get behind him very often. Good tackler. Smart safety. Good instincts. Good in run support. On many occasions, I remember him being in the backfield and making tackles behind the line of scrimmage. Wants to be an Eagle.

Weakness:
I've heard people say he goes for the big hit a lot without wrapping up but I really don't remember that about HaHa. But that's something people say about him. He is a bit aggressive in play recognition and has a tendency to overrun plays at times.

There's definitely Earl Thomas type potential. And I think it's fair that a lot of analysts are comparing him to Earl Thomas.

I don't know if this is necessarily true McMc. It might be but my thought on this has always been that Alabama gets way more players drafted and also more players drafted high in the draft. That's why we tend to hear more about single busts such as Rolando McClain.

I haven't really spent a lot of time looking into it but I wouldn't be surprised if Alabama players had the same success rate as players from any other school.

I don't really like Pryor as much as HaHa.

And Landon Collins is going to be the best Alabama safety to come out ever. The problem is that there's almost no way he'll be on the board when we pick next year barring injury or us having an awful season.

Collins should be one of the best safety prospects to come out since Eric Berry.

Who will have the better NFL career?

Anthony Barr

Short and Long Term.

If we are planning on trading up, Barr is the only player I would want the Eagles to do it for. Freakish athleticism. We would have to get past the Cowboys if he was slipping.

I do like Barr a lot too, even though I don't think he will have much of an impact as a rookie. Unlike Dion Jordan however, I would expect Barr to make strides in year 2 and then be a borderline pro bowler in year 3.

I'm hoping his inexperience at the position will cause him to slip. What the hell was he doing playing RB? It's funny because the crowded backfield at UCLA is going to wind up making Barr a ton of money.
