Love Winston, but I am FSU homer

Hogan would be cool, very calm, Luck light

Hogan is good, but he's messing with that Tebow release. It's just so damn long.

I agree with this, he has to fix this BEFORE he gets into the pros

Not a big fan of Hogan at the moment. He only resembles Luck to me up until he goes to throw the ball.

And speaking of wind ups, Jameis has a bit of one himself. You can kind of see his baseball mechanics bleeding into his football mechanics occasionally when he tries to put some extra zip on a ball. Takes a long stride and a huge wind up.

I'm not sure if I'm the only one who is seeing it, or if people just don't want to be critical of the guy yet because he's not going to be in the draft. It doesn't really matter for us, though, the Cardinals have absolutely zero shot at landing him.

Winston does have a poor style, I can admit it

But he reads d unbelievably for a freshman and his touch is fantastic

He really didn't have any pressure except for bc game and nat championship games

Just realized Dan Williams will be a FA in 2015. He will most likely command a big contract and if we choose not dish out the big bucks we may have a hole at NT. I like Ta'amu as well but he will be a RFA in 2015 too. So we may look to add a NT in the draft this year.

One late round guy that I like is Beau Allen out of Wisconsin. Nice power and a decent burst, often demands a double team and has a nice strong anchor. I think he could also spell Dockett in some formations.

do you guys think that there is a chance that we might have to cut Fitz in 2015, im saying it seems like a desperate act but that's exactly what it is. Fitz is going to receive 23M$ in 2015 due to the fact that we restrucered TWICE with him, with those numbers he could be a Cap-Space killa, is there any chance that we would have to cut him?

Cutting him would save about 7M I believe so it's possible.

I think it really depends on what the rest of our receiving corps looks like. If cutting Fitz is a route we wanna go we may even look at taking a WR early in the 2014 draft. I've been scolded on here for mentioning the idea of a WR in the 1st but guys like O'Dell Beckham Jr and Brandin Cooks present nice value at 20.

Also keep in mind 1st year WR's typically struggle. So taking a WR now and going through the learning curve now would allow them to be ready for 2015.

Cap will go up

We have over $10 mil dead space to use as well

Palmer's deal is done too, maybe resign at lower level

Fitz will just survive, don't worry about it

If the cap indeed rises again it shouldn't be an issue. I think Fitz will take a small pay cut lowering that cap hit. He sees what the Cards have been doing in FA and appreciates it.

I think the one thing that has been made clear throughout the entire process is the Fitz is not, nor will he ever be, willing to take a pay cut.
