no thats a solid contract for what he brings to this offense and special teams. Still might grab another WR in the late late rounds

Should get plenty of bang for our buck. Good deal for both sides.

Is it just me but it feels weird having a FO do such a good job? Aggressive getting players in but keeping a cool head and making smart cap decisions.

Would have been easy to overpay for Dansby and have it come back and haunt us in a couple of years.

Ginn is just another example of this. Fill our needs but on our terms. Great job cue balls.

I still think letting Dansby go was a mistake.

Definitely not for the money he got, for us that would've been a terrible contract

You don't really think we should have matched what the Browns offered do you?

Him leaving sucks, but when someone offers him that much there's not really anything you can do.

It is too bad that we have now lost Dansby twice for not ponying up the money for him, but Cleveland definitely overpaid for him. Sad to see him go, but this team could not afford what he got.

I really like this Ginn signing. This offense has been missing a player with truly elite speed and he is a really good return man. Goodbye Javier Arenas. I am very pleased with this signing.

Really like this signing. Ginn is the true #3 receiver Arians is looking for to extend the field. Also going to be nice not having to see Arenas return kicks anymore...

Jeez we're not gonna have any needs by the time the draft rolls around.

I like Ginn. May have some frustrating drops throughout the season. But he definitely adds speed to ST's and offense.

We have longterm needs which can now be addressed in the draft without sacrificing the "win now" plan. Might have to deal with some salary cap issues next year but it's an exciting time to be a Cards fan with Steve Keim running the show.

As a bit of an outsider, what would you consider those spots to be? QB, TE possibly, DE (Dockett is getting up there), OLB maybe, and Safety?

1. SS
2. TE
3. OLB
4. CB
5. OG
6. ILB

Any ideas on how to solve our issues at S? I don't like many of the prospects and don't really know who is available.

I know Roman Harper is out there, but I hear his play has slipped.

There's no RT on your list. That's a top 3 need to me. I'd like to double up and get a RG/RT prospect (Zach Martin early on? Bitonio? Billy Turner?) to compete with Massie at RT and Watford at RG. I'd hope at least one of Massie/Watford works out.

Chris Clemons is still out there and he can certainly cover but he's not much of a physical presence. I agree SS is definitely our top need.
