Hasn't lived up to his contract because of injury and is getting up there in football age. Cut him to save money.

Can he still be productive?

Personally, I doubt it.

If he had a strong cast around him maybe but I would look elsewhere.

There should be a few good options in the 2nd round of the draft.

I may be in the minority here, but I actually do think he can be productive. He isn't a top talent at guard by any means. But, another year recovered from an injury, and a power run scheme.... I don't really see why he couldn't be an average starter at OG.

The issue with him on Tampa, was that he was set to make $6m this season. He is in no way what so ever worth $6m.

Never fully recovered from injuries for whatever reasons. He'll be an average guard for some NFL team. Which means, he will have his share of games of sucketh and games where he is actually clearing people out. Joseph will have more bad games than good.

He was the worst Guard in football last year. I think he's on the downside of his career. Yeah it's being brutally honest. Joseph is a high character guy. Well liked but I think he's done. Patella tendon injuries are normally career Enders and 99% of players don't ever recover right.
