And just to get everyone up to speed, here's what I have heard so far in rumors.

*The Bengals already resigned Mike Pollack today to a 3 year contract.

*Anthony Collins will get a chance to test the waters in Free Agency.

*The Bengals appear to have no interest in Michael Vick or Darren McFadden at all

*Michael Johnson's new team possibilities are the Falcons and Vikings

*The Jets have expressed alot of interest in Andrew Hawkins.

I wonder if the signing of Pollack to 3 years means he is the future at LG and we are prepared to let Collins walk

Also saw on twitter this morning that we are talking to Burfict, Andy, AJ and Peko about extensions. The one that stands out is Peko, but I wonder if it is an extension/restructure to lower his cap hit

Probably. Nice little three year deal and see where he's at at the end of that.

Speaking of LG, has anyone heard how Boling's rehab is going?

Marvin said something generic to the effect that he expected everyone (including Hall and Atkins) to be ready for training camp.

Thanks. I saw that Hall and Atkins are supposed to be on schedule for camp, but haven;t heard much about Boling.

MrCincinnati - just a small thing about your list. Worilds signed his transition tag, meaning he's not allowed to shop around for deals anymore. He's essentially signed a 1 year deal with the Steelers and will be in Pittsburgh barring a trade or release.

Mack is still available as a (restricted) free agent though.

Ah I see. Thanks for clearing that up. I knew how the tag worked, but I wasn't aware Worilds signed his tag.

I was a bit surprised that Pollack was signed to a 3 year deal, but I think they just really like him as a backup now. He has started a lot of games with the Colts after all, so its not like he's never played that much.

It doesn't completely change the game though:
Quote:
NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports the Bengals are working on a deal with free agent LT Anthony Collins.

They still want want to resign Collins, so if anything, that tells me Kyle Cook or Trevor Robinson could be on the way out. Pollack has also had experience at C, so something might happen there IDK.[/quote]

Robinson played poorly in relief of Cook last season. Wouldn't be surprised at all to see a new backup C come September.

Hey guys. Eagles fan checking in. Rumors have begun to swirl of us having interest in michael johnson. We run a 3-4 but lack speed and effective pass rush off the edge. What's everyones thoughts on michael as a standup OLB in the 34? Kelly loves tall lengthy defenders so I do believe this supposed interest is in fact genuine.

Bengals tried making him a 4-3 SLB back in 2010. It didn't take. He's definitely a DE.

This. He's also much more of a run stopper than a pass rusher.
