It's a three-year deal for Pitoitua. He was one of the priorities for the #Titans this offseason after a solid year in 2013
Little surprised it's that long of a deal.

Good move. Was a pleasant surprise last season. One of the best things is he should fit whatever defense we decide to play this season.

I like it. He was much better than I would've predicted coming into last season. Glad to have him locked up.

Im satisfied with the signing he was very good for us. If we get anyone signed before Tuesday i hope its a kick returner either Leon Washington or Devin Hester would be nice

The 3-year deal for #Titans DE Ropati Pitoitua is worth $9.6 million, and includes a $2.175 million signing bonus. Base is $975,000 in 2014

Bigger contract than I would've guessed. Though with that signing bonus and base in 2014, my guess is that it's a deal that will be pretty easy to get out of if need be in a year or two.

Underrated signing IMO. Had a solid year and I think he is a better fit for what we are doing going forward.

Does he have any experience in the 3-4? I can't remember who he played for before us.

Yes played in it with the Jets and Chiefs.

Solid resigning IMO. Definitely can give us a solid 3-4 DE.

I loved the signing last offseason and I love the resigning. He is scheme versatile in the 3-4 and 4-3. Good job Ruston.

So he going to be the starter on one end. I think Morgan going to be the other.

Well I'm still trying to figure out what our base scheme is. If its a 3-4, I expect Casey to be at the other end and Morgan potentially on the bench.

Casey will be the other starting DE. I expect Morgan to be the other starter though. Horton has really talked him up every chance he gets.
