dont like it ot be honest. bringing back our own guys seems incomplete, Jenkins sucks, no idea who Thomas Johnson is, we already have a James White in Quizz... rather get a potential workhorse, Henderson is not a day one starter and we dont need a TE so early.

No thanks to Jenkins. TE in the 2nd is luxury. I'm guessing you mean Anthony Johnson. Henderson is about a round too high. There are better options than James white at RB... overall I just dont like it.

Don't mean to pile-on, but this offseason didn't do it for me.

Can't take a TE in the 2nd with the holes at DT and OL. I like ASJ too, but this definitely isn't the year to draft "skill" positions. Our needs coincide with the strength of this draft, so I favor emphasis on OL, DL, and LB.

Did some revising:

Sign:
OG Jon Asamoah
DT Paul Soliai
S Antoine Bethea
CB Dominique Franks (Resigned)
C Joe Hawley (Resigned)

1. Khalil Mack OLB Buffalo
2. Morgan Moses OT Virginia
3. Dominique Easley DT Florida
4. Lache Seastrunk RB Baylor
5. Crockett Gilmore TE Colorado State
5. Marqueston Huff S Wyoming
6. Ron Powell OLB Florida
7. Nevin Lawson CB Utah State
7. Khyri Thornton DT Southern Miss
7. Chris Burnette OG Georgia

I only drafted one DT in the early portions because in this scenario we would already have Soliai, Peters, Easley, and Robertson. I also didn't draft a Guard until very late in the draft because we already in this scenario would have Blalock, Asamoah, Konz, Gunn, and Garimi. So its kind of crowded at Guard without even potential UDFA at the position. Hope this is an improvement!

This is much better. If I had to nit-pick(and I do), it's about taking a RB with our 4th pick. I just don't see it as a position of need if we're keeping SJax, JQuizz, and Antone on the roster. I'd be looking for a center or a project OT like Seantrel Henderson.
I really like Crockett Gilmore, he's a player.
Overall though, I thought you got it right. If these moves were to happen, the Falcons would be much better off next year. And these FA moves and draft picks are actually plausible, not pipe dreams. Nice remix!

I thought taking Seastrunk it would allow him to learn the offense and develop a year and then take over as the feature back in 2015. And I also thought the OT position would get a little crowded if I took Henderson. As we would already have Baker, Moses, Holmes, Schroeder, and even Carimi can play a little OT if he makes the team. But I see your point and wanting to load up on the lines in this deep draft so I wouldn't be against it at all.

I'm starting to think Mack will not be there at #6. We may end up drafting Matthews after all.

I think Texans either draft Clowney, Jags will either draft Mack or Raiders will.

Could definitely see that happening.

If that's the case, give us either Robinson or Donald

Personal opinions aside, Matthews seems more like a TD type of pick than Robinson.

1) Clowney
2) Mack
3) Matthews

I'm guessing that's what the Falcons board looks like.

Robinson will probably end up going #2. It all depends on which player Texans choose at #1.

This is how I could see this go down and we be out of luck.

1. Clowney
2. Robinson
3. Mack
4. A QB
5. Matthews
6. Us?

The football gods already hate us.
