Not really. Under the TD era, the Falcons typically add one top target each year (Turner, Robinson, Gonzo via trade, Edwards). They aren't big players in FA, but they don't just add what's left. They're aggressive and can strike deals quickly if they really like a guy.

I have a hunch that guy this year is going to be Byrd.
