Finished Breaking Bad last night with a 6-episode marathon ending at 330am. What a great, great show on so many levels.

They are making a spin off called "You Better Call Sal" and Jesse is going to have at least a cameo in the show.

Dangit, i was really trying to make the last one hit 100 pages. oh well

on more blackhawk news, bollig was extended for another 3 years, for just over 3 million total. he's not a big skill guy, but he leads the team in hits. Only 4 players are expected to become free agents after this season now, good we have the core signed up.

There are also rumors that the Blackhawks are trying to trade for Ryan Kessler.

I don't see that happening it would most likely mean some one from the core it getting moved unless they take Bickel and I don't see any team trading for him.

Given the hate between the Hawks and Canucks I can't see that happening. Kesler will have plenty of suitors elsewhere.

Saw this on Twitter: http://joshworth.com/dev/pixelspace/pixelspace_solarsystem.html

This guy scaled the solar system down to pixels to show how massive it really is. Took me over 22 minutes to scroll through it. Clearly I'm doing big things tonight. Laughing

Still pretty cool to think about.

Anyone here work 3rd shift? My job has me training for a new position starting Monday, but part of my training is on 3rd. I'll be there for 6 weeks. I've been working 2nd for nearly the last 6 years. At least this is a fixed schedule, not a flexible one like I did years ago.

I work 9:45-3:45 right now because I do not teach the first class of the day.

This time of year I cannot stay focused anyways with all the news and intrigue.

Teaching in Canada is a pretty sweet gig.

When I was doing an internship with a police department I did a lot of midnight ride-alongs and I can't imagine doing that full-time (which sucks, because I'm going to have to do that once hired). Working that shift really changes your entire life, I can only imagine that it's quite rough.

American adverts are crazy guys…watching NFL Network and just saw one for Enbrel…how they sell any of the stuff considering the amount of potential side effects I have no idea…British ads don’t have to list all the side effects of medication so it sounds nut to hear what can happen when you take some of them Laughing
