Wow. That is terrifying how quickly he was mentally crippled by depression. Yikes. I'm glad he is bouncing back.

According to Kim Jones of the NFL Network, the Giants have agreed to terms with Chiefs guard Geoff Schwartz, and the deal could be signed as soon as tomorrow.

The Seattle Seahawks locked down kicker Steven Hauschka. NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported Monday that the sides agreed to terms on a three-year contract worth $9.15 million with $3.35 million guaranteed, according to a source informed of the process.

The contract makes Hauschka the 11th-highest paid kicker in the NFL, according to Spotrac.com. By comparison the top paid kicker, Sebastian Janikowski, got a four-year, $15 million contract with $8 million guaranteed from the Oakland Raiders last year.

Sidney Rice, who was cut by the Seahawks last month, is drawing interest from the Jets, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. But the Saints — who have been far more aggressive in free agency than most expected — are also interested. And the Seahawks would still like to bring Rice back at the right price.

Guion could be a solid backup 5-Tech for them. Not a terrible signing. Depth is depth.

What is terrible is how badly out of place he was in his role under Frazier.

Unfortunately, Guion stated himself that he was most comfortable closest to the ball at NT.

Guion, 24, is eager to fill the void at nose.

“I don’t like it. I love it,” said Guion, the team’s fifth-round draft pick from 2008, via text message. “I love the close-quarter combat. Less space than a three technique. I can see the ball better. Read the offensive line better. And I feel more comfortable at nose than at a three-technique.”

After signing Brandon Albert last week, it would appear that Bryant McKinnie’s hometown Dolphins won’t be bringing him back. It may mark the end of McKinnie’s NFL career … or until some team loses a left tackle during the 2014 season and hopes that McKinnie has kept himself in playing shape. In short, if he isn’t signed in the next couple of months, that’s probably it for Big Mac.

That is it for McKinnie. There is no if. To get 12 years in the NFL for being so lazy is quite an accomplishment for him.

Funny, but StarCaps were used as a diuretic to lose water weight, not gain weight Wink

I just googled Childress and it never appeared that he was even that skinny?

unless we are only talking about his face?

Here's a large picture:

http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y253/chrisjnelson/BradChildress.jpg

Maybe this?

http://media.nola.com/saints_impact/photo/brad-childress2jpg-b72748ed4f36e23c_large.jpg

scrawny? little? eh, thats pushing it.

There are multiple pictures out there. There's also might be a few photoshopped pictures of Brad's face on another person's body, thus giving him the appearance of a thin man.
