Let, Walk or cut
WR Santonio Holmes
RB Mike Goodson
OL Ben Ijalana
WR Clyde Gates
S Jaiqwan Jarrett
QB Mark Sanchez
S Dawan Landry
CB Antonio Cromartie

Resigned:
RT Austin Howard
OG Willie Colon
K Nick Folk
CB Ellis Lankster
LB Nick Bellore
DL Legar Douzable
OLB Calvin Pace
FS Ed Reed

Restructure:
OT Dbrickshaw Ferguson
ILB David Harris

Free Agent signings:

QB Michael Vick
WR Emmanuel Sanders
OG Wade Smith
FS Jairus Byrd
TE Scott Chandler
CB Antonio Cromartie

Its obvious that MM is going to get his way and sign Vick and Vick sees the familiar system and second year QB competition as his best chance to start and succeed. Byrd is our biggest acquisition this offseason, obviously this could change should he be franchised. Sanders and Smith help fill a couple of holes to open us up a bit in the draft while Cro just keeps out secondary together.

Draft day : No trades, just picks

1 Pick 18: Eric Ebron, TE
Best instant impact starter we will have available at 18 for offense. Should a guy like Barr or Mack fall to us I would go with him instead.

2 Pick 17: Brandin Cooks, WR
Great combine, but still not day 1 in my opinion. Too many other options.

3 Pick 5: Kyle Van Noy, OLB
Solid OLB prospect to work behind Pace.

3 Pick 16: A.J. McCarron, QB
Vick would not be a long term answer no matter what. Can compete for starting job or be a solid backup should Geno make strides and earn the permanent job.

4 Pick 15: Jared Abbrederis, WR
Still my favorite reciever in the draft

4/comp Devin Street, WR
Not sure if we get the 4th comp? But Street is a heck of a development player.

5 Pick 14: Antone Exum, CB
CB Depth.

6 Pick 19: Russell Bodine, OG
OL depth

7 Pick 18: Jerick McKinnon, RB
Excited about this guys versatility! Would love to have him.

7/comp TBD

7/comp TBD

7/comp TBD

I don't think any of those players will fall to us in the first 3 rounds.

I'd love for the first three picks but all three aren't likely. I want no part of Vick.

At this point, yea, highly unlikely.... I HATE your McCarron pick tho, ruins the draft for me

Also Jerick Mckinnon is not lasting to the 5th let alone 7th...

You call this a "post-combine mock" and yet your mock is done as if the combine never happend?

Jerick reminded me of Woodhead. Looks awesome, never even got drafted despite it all. hes a luxury pick in this draft.

As for the other 3 picks, consider the depth of this draft... Unless someone moves ahead of us I dont see Ebron getting picked before he gets to us. Cooks is my 7-9th WR in this class and Van Noy is my 5-6th ranked OLB and that doesn't include all the DE/OLB hybrids. He doesnt fit a 4-3 scheme to me so a 3-4 team is who will draft him and most of those teams will have gone past several other options before we get to the late second early 3rd.

Unless Cooks goes too early based strictly on speed he will easily be there and if not there will be other options like Matthews, Landry, or Robinson.

Jerick is much more physically impressive overall than Woodhead was coming out.

Ebron stands some chance of making it to us but i think he goes top 15. I have Cooks maybe going in the 1st before the combine, but after the combine i would say he is a lock for the late first round... even if he makes it to the second somehow he won't be there at our pick. Van Noy might make it to there perhaps, I am just not a huge fan of his.

Also i would be pretty sad if we signed Vick.

Yeah, but at 10 lbs heavier and arguably more explosive?
