The Giants have met with a dozen players, only 2 are defense. And the positions were CB and DE. The recent first round picks are always interviewed at the combine which includes JPP, Pugh, and Wilson.

I don't think we're touching Barr or any LB high. We ignore all of them. We have ignored all of them.

It all started with the release of the coke machine in Brandon Jacobs.

Sweet thanks. Yeah lots of offense wow. Seeing Ebron grew up a Giants fan is pretty cool. He might be the best pick for us, depending on what Mcadoo wants to do with our TEs. If we don't draft one, we're gonna have to find a way to get one. We only have one on the roster at the moment, and he's one of the future contract guys.

Of this list, I'm thinking Gilbert unless we trade down. I'm interested to see how Dennard does. I don't think a TE is worth a first round pick. At least not at 12.
I don't think Barr fits as 4-3 LB and I pray we don't spend a first round pick on another Clint Sintim experiment.

We have Donnell and Robinson. Both are althetic enough that I'm sure McAdoo can make use of them. However I too would be fond of Ebron and it would awesome if McAdoo could utilize either one of those guys and Ebron.

Not to mention our already solid WR corps.

Donnell had some brain farts last year, but played well on ST and made a few clutch plays if memory serves me correct (a couple nice grabs in the Broncos game). hopefully a full year under his belt helps him. don't forget he's freakin 6-6, 280 so if he can learn to half-play the position as a pro he'd be an absolute nightmare on the field.

I love me some ebron Smile

And hearing coughlin and Reese lately... my gut feeling has them banking on a bounce back from baas and snee.

Here's hoping they dont

Any chance Aaron Donald is the pick at 12? He's the best 3 tech in the draft and would play a great opposite to Hankins.

i had him as my dark horse in my mock. most "experts" say that he won't get picked that high because of his height, but seriously? dude is just a football player (and IIRC, the guy lower to the ground wins more times than not Smile ). he has done nothing but turn heads since this offseason has started, and he went from being a 3rd rounder, to possibly back end of the first round, to now potentially being a top-15 pick. i realize he is a little light for his position, but with solid play from Beason and Hank clogging lanes, it would be nice to have a chance to see some interior pressure on the qb if he was the pick.

I'm personally still kind of pulling for Evans if we're not getting any sort of line help.

Gilbert stole the combine. Great day for him.

But, I still like Dennard as a corner better. I think he is NFL ready and will line up day 1 and play opposite Prince.
Baptiste had a strong combine. Verrett and Desir as well.
Haha had a poor showing, but in coverage he is the best safety by far.
