You guys are overreacting to the whole "who's our kickreturner now?!" thing.

I'm sure we have a guy on our team or two that can catch kicks and are speedy. Kick returners are very replaceable. I played D-1 college ball and when we had an injury bug, even I returned kicks and I was a FB

I think it's more of not having a guy that can return punts.

Minus that throw at the end he struggled mightily with consistency. As a passer I just see Campbell. Idk they just are too similar.

Tampa Bay ended up cutting a total of eight players on Saturday to get them to the mandatory 53-man limit. TE Cameron Brate, RB Jeff Demps, QB Mike Kafka, LB Brandon Magee, DT Matthew Masifilo and WR Solomon Patton were waived and Tampa Bay released S Major Wright and defensive end Ronald Talley. Wright and Talley become unrestricted free agents and can sign with any team, while the waived players must clear waivers before they can be added to a teamís practice squad or sign with another team of their choice.

On Friday the Buccaneers got an early jump on the roster reduction as DB Marc Anthony, LB Nate Askew T Edawn Coughman, CB Kip Edwards, DE T.J. Fatinikun, CB Anthony Gaitor, LB KaíLial Glaud, CB Keith Lewis, OL Andrew Miller, FB Lonnie Pryor, OL Jeremiah Warren and OL Jamon Meredith were all let go.

Get on the yearly Buc carousel. Start off trash. Look better by mid season. Win 2-3 games at the end of the season. Get the 7th pick. Have what most fans consider a great draft and free agency. Start off trash again. Rinse and repeat

I think they'll put him on the practice squad and move him to the main roster on Tuesday.

We have to keep Sims on the roster until Tuesday before we can move him to the designated to return IR. You will probably see the move for the returner coming then.

He's gotta clear waivers first though that's the risk.

I mean let's be honest even Famous Jameis looked pedestrian last night. They were saying last night, college unlike the NFL and even high school have preseason games. Also my personal favorite qb, Jacob Coker didnt even play last night. One game does not make an entire season. I think Hundley will be fine. Unrelated, what do you think of a Matt Simms or BJ Daniels as a practice squad QB over Kafka who looked no part of an NFL QB.

Understandable. Jamesis made some good throws as the game progressed. He threw a dart on that last TD that I thought was picked.

Hundley to me needs to work on things as a passer and I didn't see much improvement from last year. I made it an effort and will make the effort all year to watch most of these qbs.

Next week Oregon vs Michigan state. Good showdown between two of my favorite prospects Cook and Mariotta

And I'd honestly go after Matt Scott as our 3rd qb for the PS. I like his skill set and is exciting to watch. Not sure of he made the team? Haven't paid attention much.

Well Price was a sad story had Price not had an injury as severe as the one he had suffered he would probably still be nit only on this team but could have been a stud nose tackle. Also remember Bey Bey struggled until Payton Manning came into the frey. Not saying Josh Freeman was Tim Tebow bad (except for last year), but I don't think he would have benefited and became the star he is today if he was in Tampa.

So far Patton, Demps, Brate, Magee and Masfilo have been added to the practice squad.
