2014 Free Agency is getting ready to roar it's head. Right now it's the ugly part of it. CUTS!

Today, New Orleans cut Will Smith, Roman Harper, Jabari Greer and announced Johnathan Vilma would not be re-signed.

Back on Feb. 5th, the Falcons cut CB Asante Samuel and LB Stephen Nicholas

Delmas is probably the most interesting name so far, as far as the Cowboys are concerned. We know they liked him in the draft and could use safety help.

They will probably have to wait, though, and see if the market is weak.

I don't have any interest in Delmas.

Quote:
Trouble staying healthy.

He often misses tackles by going for big hits.

He often takes bad angles.

He often jumps shorter routes and abandons his deep responsibility allowing big passing plays.

Does that sound like somebody we really want?

We could sign Riley Cooper and Louis Delmas. They could be best friends.

Whose anonymous scouting report is this?

He's had some health issues, sure. But he's a very good player when he's on the field. We can't break the bank on him, but if he stays a free agent for a while and we can get him for a bargain... He could definitely help.

A Lions fan. And this isn't some "after the fact" thing, Lion fans have been ready to part with him for a while now because he often gives up the big play.

Always been my understanding that he didn't bust but he was nothing it right home about. Alot like Reggie Nelson I think.

The Eagles are getting a head start on FA gettin their top FA's signed before they could test the market.

OT Jason Peters 4 year deal yesterday
WR Riley Cooper 5 year deal today @ 25 Mil
C Jason Kelce 7 year deal today @ 37.5 Mil

http://espn.go.com/blog/dallas/cowboys/post/_/id/4724988/henry-melton-would-have-interest-in-dallas

Quote:
There is a "but" here -- Melton’s health. He is recovering from a torn anterior cruciate ligament suffered in the third game of the season.

“Henry’s from Dallas, he played for [Marinelli], obviously there would be interest from Henry’s side, but who knows at this point?” Melton’s agent, Jordan Woy, said.

Thought that Kelce and Peters just got extensions, and Cooper was the only FA.

Only 10 million is guaranteed. So don't think it is too much for what he has produced.
