I think we scored very well with our two picks. Cyrus is at least a top twenty talent if not higher if it wasn't for questions about his knee. Hyde, I believe is a monster who I compare a lot to Marshawn Lynch. I think we got two Pro Bowl caliber talents in round two.

I disagree. I think two huge busts on those picks. Cyrus is a bad player with knee injury questions. Hyde is just not a need.

Well in order to avoid anymore so-called busts could we have some input via a draft board or something via pm to me. In order to get as much opinion as we can.

That would be helpful for at least pick 76 and 127.

Dont post names on here though.

That draft... Sad

A tackle with bad knees who our very own Quanterus smith beat like a drum

And a RB who plods around that wasn't a need let alone a too 50 pick

Sheesh wish I was more involved but I wasn't so can't complain I guess

I've traded up with the Giants from 78 to 74 to select Yawin Smallwood in the process giving up our 6th rd pick. For me it's the only real hole left on the team aside from a guard.

The Ravens were strongly considering taking him at 75 hence the move up.

Let me know if there's any objections to this selection because he's better than anyone on the current roster. Kid was superb at UConn.

We were strongly considering Martin OC and B Thomas OG but they both went in the last few picks.

Unless there's any real issues selection will be posted in 10-15 mins

Smart move, it looks like the Ravens would have taken him. The perils of listing your targets openly in the war room...

I've watched every game of Carlos Hyde and a plodder never came to my mind once. He hits the hole fast and hard and gets to the second level where he shows some good shiftiness for a 240 pounder. There wasn't a game this year that a defense stopped him and he went almost the whole year without having a carry for a loss. Will he break 70 yard runs every game? No. But he will wear down a defense and get stronger as the game goes on.[/url]

Jets looking to acquire your current pick. Any interest in CB Kyle Wilson?

The newest Bronco is a guy who is totally under the radar and didn't even receive a combine invite

Eric Tank Thomas WR - Troy

He's built like a Tank, has superb hands and YAC ability and will fit well into a developmental role behind DT, Decker and Welker.

He's not the slot replacement for Welker but he's another outside guy who IMHO has far more upside than any of the slot WR left after Herron (our top target) went right before we picked.

Texans are offering

(1) a 2015 4th or

(2) CB / S Brandon Harris (former 2nd round pick; redundant with our secondary acquisitions & does not fit our new scheme; works best in a press man or press zone scheme) or

(3) TE Owen Daniels (former Pro Bowler; perfect WCO TE; $4M cap hit; if you need a vet TE, this is your guy) or

(4) WR Keshawn Martin [has value as a return man and a slot option; really started to come into his own this year (FINALLY!). However, Texans acquired Brandin Cooks and several other KR / PR options that have made him expendable. He has 2 more years on his contract as a former 4th round pick (4-121 in 2012)]

in exchange for

5-159

PM if interested or post in our war room

Smallwood is an excellent pick. Can play early and has potential to be a 3-down guy.
