pretty cool story, not every nfl player is hindered by injuries. Some live healthy lives after football.

His head and face look off for some reason. Good for him though.

What an NFL player is doing after his playing days are over does not qualify as NFL News.

Good for him for doing it, but he looks sick now. 100lbs might have been too much to lose.

The amount of calories these guys eat a day while playing is

nuts.. Not shocking at all, linemen eat pizzas like tacos...

The weight loss is just natural due to the calorie deficit..

Awesome though, The NFL has taken a massive PR hit for retired

players, Glad to see many that we don't hear about live a healthy lifestyle...

Putting this out there, Has there been a bigger bust OG signing?

Dude didn't make the Cardinals line better at all , and actually regressed..

I remember him not wanting to give the steelers a home discount, and

at the time he was arguable the best G.

He was bitter Tomlin got hired over Russ Grimm. He wasn't giving a home town discount.

A lot of linemen don't stop eating though. So they don't lose the weight.

Good for Faneca. His knees will appreciate this in the next 10-15 years.

I hear O-Linemen in general lose weight and are healthier after they leave the NFL while D-Linemen generally get in worse shape...

I dont think we should really judge how his face looks in that photo, dude just ran 26.2 miles he might look a little old and weary.

Mad props to him though, I saw Rodney Hampton at a Giants game this year ( he is a former giants runningback in the 90's) dude was pushing 300 easy, I would have never guess he played RB without the help of google lol.
