I just noticed BB120 is still available. He'd be my first choice because he's a more natural for what we look for at that position. Then target BB197 in UDFA as more of a tweener, I think he'll last. Thoughts?

Go for it man, can someone select the guy? I probably won't be around to make the next pick.

I can do it.

So BB120 and BB265 are the guys, everyone on board?

Patriots draft

Round 1 (Pick #29): Timmy Jernigan, DT, Florida State
Round 2 (Pick #53): Weston Richburg, C, Colorado State
Round 3 (Pick #93): Chris Smith, DE, Arkansas
Round 4 (Pick #109): Trai Turner, OG, LSU
Round 4 (Pick #126): Robert Herron, WR, Wyoming
Round 6 (Pick #171): David Fales, QB, San Jose State
Round 6 (Pick #182): Crockett Gillmore, TE, Colorado State
Round 6 (Pick #184): Ben Gardner, DE, Stanford

Pretty damn good if you ask me, great work team.

My own grades, 2 first round guys (Jernigan, Richburg), 2 second round guys (Smith, Herron), a 3rd (Turner), and 3 4ths (Fales, Gillmore, Gardner).

So, you guys pretend drafted a quarterback whose name is Fales. David Fales. Roll that around a few times.

Also, you drafted the wrong Smith, I think. Like Marcus better.

Do you actually not like Fales or are you just joking?

The first four picks alone make it real nice. Them trenches.

I don't know a damn thing about Fales, I haven't scouted quarterbacks at all. But his name is FALES. That's nearly as bad as if you drafted a guy named George Molestor or Bobby Cowerdly.

Hey you back off George Molestor, that kid is going to the hall of fame one day.

So quite a few guys went off the board in the 7th. Looking at UDFAs (of which we can submit 3 at a time) I think some good bets are

BB197
BB172
BB119

Followed by:

BB123
BB215
BB260

I like all of those. I also like BB216 as a camp body blocker type

I've been following this thread to see how this would unfold. Awesome job! I would have liked to see a TE drafted a bit higher, but if this draft were to happen, I'd absolutely love it. Great job to everyone involved.
