Introduction
We will be making decisions as a collective. I am open to suggestions and I am willing to be proactive in my recommendations to the group. But I need people to be active.

As a great GM before me once said: “We are going to have a lot of fun over the next several weeks and we are going to build a Super Bowl championship team in the process. We are going to argue, debate and disagree, but we are going to do it all with an agreeable attitude. Everyone is welcome to participate and we will give everyone the chance to have a voice.” (Pastor Dillon)

Cap numbers for each team are not out yet. Based on spotrac, and that 127M number and without accounting draft picks we should have about 9M in current capspace. One important note, the rules on restructures have changed. We can only restructure if our capspace goes under 5 million but there are no limits to how many restructures we do. We might want to hold off on cutting/moving Schaub if we want to consider restructuring anybody.

My thoughts exactly.... actually we are also allowed to re-sign one of our current UFAs as well (if contract holds up)...

I wanted to wait until more of the staff was on board before we starting hashing these out. But I am glad to know that I am not crazy and someone else was thinking like me...

In the past I've helped mainly with the draft. Assembling draft strategies, getting a list of targets and so on. I don't have much time anymore but I would be down to help with this again.
