This the fairer deal.
We are trading down, we dictate terms.

I agree with this, if we can wait to finalize It draft day I think this is smart

I think MLB is a big position to try and fill in the draft with one of the thirds we have.

Shayne Skov
Yawin Smallwood
Chris Borland

I like any of those 3.

I see where you're coming from, but TBH I have issues with all 3 of those players as a prospect at MIKE in our scheme. I like Smallwood the most but would rather see him playing WILL.

I think Skov fits what Zim might want in a downhill attack the LOS MIKE. He doesn't have great long speed, but he has really good short area quickness and burst. And he's further removed from his knee surgery, so the athletisicm seems to be coming back as well. Also a real smart player, team leader, yada yada yada etc.

edit: but I think I agree with you on Smallwood #1 out of those three though.

Got an offer from the Cheifs.

Vikings get: 15th overall pick

Chiefs get: 2nd, 3rd, and 2015 1st.

Thoughts?

I like Skov out of those three, but Borland intrigues me, he doesn't look like a football player off the field, but on the field he's always around the ball making plays. Whatever IT is he's got it

No interest in giving up future first.

I'm pretty sure Guion is a more expensive Jenkins, I'd doubt they'd be interested. I'd rather just cut him, to be honest, we always could try to re-sign him for much cheaper in the Shark Tank

Interesting, especially if we can trade back from 8 to get another 2nd we could have 2 picks in the teens and still have picks in every round.

Could grab Carr, Mosley/Dennard in the first

Interesting for sure.
