Head Coach - tml_gogo
Offensive Coordinator - deuces22wild
Defensive Coordinator - DaRealDeal
Director of Player Personnel - djw4bucs
Director of Scouting - bucstopshere
Director of Media Relations -
National Offensive Scout -
National Defensive Scout - xlfrosti

Job Descriptions:

General Manager – Will make all of the final decisions and is in control of everything ranging from submitting trades to making draft picks. However, this position weighs equally amongst the staff in terms of opinion and everyone’s say should be accounted for before he determines the best route for the team. Each member will greatly influence his decisions.

Assistant GM – 2nd in line to the GM and assists the GM in all areas. He will explore trade options around the league and all trade offers are directed through him to then announce in the war room for discussion. If the GM is unavailable the Assistant GM is able to make draft picks and post UFA bids. Only the GM and Assistant GM have this ability. Becomes the active GM in the absence of the nominated GM.

Capologist – This person is in charge of maintaining and keeping tabs of the salary information of the team. At all times the team must maintain a budget in regards to the annual revenue the team brings in. The responsibility for correct figures will lie in his hands and an excel spreadsheet for constant updating is usually helpful. A 53 man roster must be maintained as well.

Head Coach – Has a key part in all decisions, but his focus is mainly on the team itself, rather than looking for trade options, etc… The draft board and player targets should be of importance to him as adding players he views as a fit for his system is critical.

Offensive Coordinator - Works with the Head Coach to help build the best team on the offensive side of the ball. Wants to find players that fit his offensive scheme.

Defensive Coordinator - Works with the Head Coach to help build the best team on the defensive of the ball. Wants to find players that fit his defensive scheme.

Director of College Scouting – Helps decide needs and works with the national scouts to develop a big board for the draft.

President of Player Personnel – Is responsible for developing a free agency target list. Projecting trades with other teams and reviewing players on all levels both college and pro.

Director of Media Relations - Will report to the writers with feedback and information relative to the news of what is happening with the organization.

National Scout - Will evaluate draftable players. There are 4 offensive and 4 defensive positions listed. Depending on how many people sign up, we may have scouts take one position on each side of the ball.

Advisor - Anyone that just wants to help out and give advice throughout the process.[/quote]

First off Gerald, we would like to thank you for being such a great role model and face for our organization. We couldn't be happier with your play on the field, and your behavior off of it!

We are prepared to reward that behavior and offer you a very lucrative 6 year deal that would put you in top-3 for defensive tackles. The deal is very comparable to that of Geno Atkins, but with more guaranteed money and an extra year. We just want you to know we are fully committed to build our defense around you!! We would be very happy to welcome you back, Ahoy Mate!!!

Old top 51 cap space - $22,797,514
New top 51 cap space - $28,829,767

Good afternoon Mr Tillman! We are thrilled to have you come visit us here in Tampa. The moment we hired your former coach, Lovie Smith, you were on our radar for a FA target. He was very adamant about bringing you into our organization. Your familiarity with the defensive scheme will be a true asset to help help smooth the transition of a new coach. Plus, your veteran leadership and intelligence is something we are REALLY looking for. You have already expressed that you and Lovie share a special bond...

“The effect he had on me as a player was that he challenged me to be better than everybody else at my position,” cornerback Charles Tillman told me about Smith last June. “He told me to be bold and brave, and I just thank him for that. Whatever I did well, he challenged me to do it again, and again, and again. His standards for me were extremely high, and things he asked me to do … sometimes I succeeded, and sometimes I failed. But in the end, I think he was pleased with how I responded overall. As a person, he was a guy I would call for advice. When my daughter was in the hospital, he was the first one there. Him and our defensive coordinator, Bob Babich. He wasn’t just a coach; he is a great man and a great person, and there was a friendship involved as well.”

http://nfl.si.com/2014/01/02/lovie-smith-tampa-bay-buccaneers-coach/

And we want that relationship to continue here in Tampa! Pairing you with Revis will make a devastating duo for the rest of the NFL. Combine that with 2013 2nd round pick Jonthan Banks, and we have quite the trio at CB. Factor in the help you will receive behind you in DaShon Goldson and Mark Barron at safety, and our secondary will be arguably the best in the league.

Now let's talk about the money involved in the deal. We are prepared to offer you a 2 year, $11,000,000, fully guaranteed contract. Within that is a $6,000,000 signing bonus. So your first season you will take home $8,500,000.

2 years, $11,000,000. Fully guaranteed ($6,000,000 SB + 2014 and 2015 salaries).

2014: $2,500,000 Base + $3,000,000 SB - $5,500,000 total cap hit
2015: $2,500,000 Base + $3,000,000 SB - $5,500,000 total cap hit

Overall, we just feel like this is the perfect deal for both of us. Your talent and leadership and greatly desired, and the relationship between you and Lovie is one we are hoping will spur this team to great things!!

Old top 51 cap hit - $28,829,767
New top 51 cap hit - $23,329,767

Hey guys I added descriptions to the job titles to help with some clarification.

We only have until the 10th to fill this thing out, so let's get it going and let me know what positions you want yo sign up for.

I left the depth chart blank, because I am going to allow the OC, DC, and the HC to decide that.

Ok, so I just finished watching the new Star Trek movies. And they have rejuvenated my love for everything Trek.

Idk if this forum is up for a theme, but Trekky seems like a good idea to me!

Let's get some feedback.

I would like to welcome JBurge to our staff!!

We were able to lure him away from the Packers, and quite frankly. I think it is the steal of the off-season thus far.

He will be coming on as co-AGM.

Everyone be nice to the new guy.
