I voted Texans. Don't really know why. Will probably be an AFC team though, in the next few years Brady/Peyton will ride off into the sunset and suddenly there'll be a power vacuum. _________________ Adopt-a-Pat

actually, yeah it is. it shows how pitiful a pair of franchises both of them have been for all of eternity. _________________ http://www.sigrealm.com/freesigs/103_cleveland_browns.jpg |

It still blows my mind that the Lions and Browns, with all their success prior to the modern SB, have never even BEEN to the SB. |
I thought I read somewhere that the Vikings are the winningest team of the super bowl era without actually having won a super bowl.
The Vikings or the Bills probably deserve to win a super bowl one of these days, they both have lost four. |
The Vikings have also gotten as far as the NFC Championship FIVE times in addition to the four Super Bowl appearances. That's a lot of good teams who came up just short. _________________

Browns have not been relevant since Detroit was. Just saying.
Of the list the Panthers are probably the most likely _________________

I hate the pedestal of Super Bowls when it comes to ranking teams. Why is Arizona viewed more positively than Detroit or Cleveland? They've been around since the first days of the NFL and have been to the playoffs 8 times. I'm not talking playoff wins, I'm talking playoff apperances. Yet because they went on some magical run they're viewed at a higher level? |

Maybe because they've had recent success? _________________ Deone hits hard....

Arizona. They have a good head coach and elite defense. They unfortunately played in the toughest division in the NFL. They would have won probably 12 games in other divisions. |

I can agree with this. It's hard to rally around a team while they're on the clock and all...but the trend lately is that a team with a new coaching staff and a new QB pick #1, they tend to turn it around quickly.
Not saying the Texans WILL, just throwing that out there. Honestly, if Nick Foles doesn't hit a slump and if the team develops a D, the Eagles are in the mix in a big way. _________________

Why are people surprised if a currently bad team is mentioned? Just think 4-5 years ago if someone said "Seahawks", everyone would laugh right?
Things change fast my friends... its more likely a bad team wins it before a currently good team does. |
