Defensive End is still a big need.

I'd rather address DE in the draft, but I could see us going after a veteran pass rusher.

One player I'm intrigued with, as I've mentioned before, is Jon Asamoah if Beadles walks.

Well, I can't see us tying more big money up in the OL, kinda see that going to be taken care of in the draft or on a minor FA deal. I do see Decker hitting the market with a better than average chance we lose him. One name that caught my attention was WR Dexter McCluster. Not only can he play WR, he's an excellent return man and a division rival's weapon. I like Trindon Holliday, he's explosive and all, but he still has a propensity to fumble, is really too small to play WR so he really only fills one position, McCluster can fill two positions, opening up another roster spot. While I don't see him replacing Decker, it becomes more efficient to sign him and trading/cutting Holliday.

Now after my position on Holliday, anyone wanna bet he returns one for a TD... Wink

I really like that kid from Stanford at the very end of the first round. He's solid and not a one year wonder.

I personally have a man-crush on Anthony Dixon as a bruiser type RB complementing Montee Ball and Damian Williams as our new 4 WR in place of Caldwell. Have had an eye on Williams ever since he got drafted.

Denver needs to get speed guys, not tough/physical guys. I feel like we have enough of those already especially on offense.

I actually hope Denver lets every unrestricted FA on the team walk except maybe DRC.

My current Wishlist is.....

DE: Jared Allen/Julius Peppers
CB: Sam Shields/Alterraun Verner

I'd like to see Jared Allen sign with the Broncos, I doubt he returns to Minnesota. Any interest in Allen? He would be an good complimentary edge rusher to Von Miller.

Where are we tough exactly?

On offense:

Moreno (likely to leave), Ball (although still wet behind his ears), DT, Vasquez, Ramirez, Welker

On defense:

Knighton, Jackson, Vickerson, Woodyard (likely to leave and unfit for his position), Trevathan, Ihenacho

This is it.

The only team which can challenge the Seahawks are the 49ers. Are we already as tough as them and only lack speed? No.

Speed is something this team does not lack. The only position that needs an upgrade in speed is DE and that's not going to happen unless we trade up for Clowney.

If we resign Decker, then we will likely stay away from WR this draft. I do think we would be served well having a guy like Percy Harvin on this offense though. We have these big WRs who move the chains well, but with an aging Welker, I think we could definitely use a dynamic threat.

However, I'll stick to the areas that I think we will target in FA.

OG- I do not see us resigning Zane Beadles. He may not be as bad as he is made out to be, but he's going to command a contract in line with what Vasquez got, and I think we have bigger needs and we can upgrade this position.

RB- If Moreno leaves, I completely see us grabbing a guy to back up Montee. Losing Knowshon is not going to be easy on this team, by the way. He provides a dual threat out of the backfield.

DE- This has to be an area we look in to. Whether it's Jared Allen or someone else, I don't know, but we were exposed big time after Miller went down. Malik is a good player, and we will get Wolfe back, but who knows in what form. More pressure for this DL cannot be a bad thing. There's options in FA here.

DT- I see us getting another body for the rotation, plain and simple. Vickerson may not be back and we're going to need someone here.

LB- I think if we can find a suitable MLB, he's coming here. If not, Woodyard/Lenon are going to be back here.

CB/S- I think we may target an affordable CB, but we need a safety. Elliot and I were discussing this, and honestly, having a real impact guy like Chancellor or Thomas on the back end would be amazing.

I'm really liking the idea of physical players being brought into our team. The mix of finesse and physical would be great.

Imagine what Manning could do with an actual tough defense?

Personally I'm for retaining Moreno, Decker and Zane. Let's not tamper with the GOAT offense.

Then use every single draft pick on D. Keep DRC as well.

We will absolutely not be keeping all four of them. I would like to keep Moreno, personally. But where are we going to get all this money from? Is it worth keeping these guys at the expense of possibly losing Von/Decker to FA when it's their time?

Don't forget we need to pay Chris Harris, and likely Terrance Knighton.
