Rams defense is going to be scary good, although the'll need a couple of upgrades to be truly elite, ie. free safety.

Not that I think he would have been a great HC, but it's laughable that Vinny Cerrato hired Zorn rather than Gregg. The Redskins defense when they had Marcus Washington at SLB was very good. Have to think he would have made Orakpo into a better producer.

Not everyone. I still think the POS should have been banned for life from the NFL.

Good hire. He can run a defense. Hopefully he's got the other non-sense out of his system.

He should never coach again. I feel bad for all of those QB's in the NFC West.

Is this hire really worth the risk? Will he ever get the benefit of the doubt?

A Rams player get to a QB late, takes a cheap shot or just fails to pull up and clocks to QB, if he goes down and worst of all has a concussion, now the Rams have a literal crap storm of bad PR they are dealing with over whether this is Greg up to his old tricks or not.

Doubtful. The Titans didn't this past year and we had the biggest personal foul magnet around with Pollard.

Haha. You assume this already doesn't happen with the Rams. We didn't get the benefit of the doubt before Williams got here. Had multiple games where we were hammered with personal foul penalties while the refs let the other side skate. And, of course, Brockers got called for a personal foul on a clean sack of Josh McCown...because he hit him too hard.

Bad PR? Ha! Rams fans will be happy for any press we get. It's normally none...unless they're showing the top 10 plays and the Rams gave one up. Laughing

All I know is if he gets the defense playing up to potential, I don't care. At all.

I'm pretty sure, and I quote "driving your helmet into the chest of the quarterback" is a legit rule... especially if it knocks him clean off his feet and looks scary... Rolling Eyes
