"Ravens hiring Gary Kubiak as offensive coordinator; Rick Dennison expected to join staff, unclear if other staff announcements will be made"

Per Aaron Wilson
@RavensInsider

Also expected to join staff is Rick Dennison. Speculation that Kyle Shanahan will reunite with Kubiak and Dennison as the QB coach.

Official announcment expected to come at 3:00 PM

Wow.. Such a great hire to revamp the run game.. Wonder if he'll incorporate his dink and dunk offense like he had in Houston.

We all know Flacco loves to dump it down to his RB's. Very good hire and it makes perfect sense..

I like this hire, i think they will try and incorporate Rice more in the rec. game(not calling it dink and dunk, but Rice does well in space)

Pretty good hire, in my opinion. Should be able to fix that running game, which would help them a great deal.

Should rejuvenate Rice and Pierce, but not sure how the passing game will work out.

Still need to fix the center position. Don't think we're doing anything on the ground until we do.

Looking forward to the play action. Seen a lot of plays that would've been TDs if Schaub had Flacco's arm over the years.

Damn....solid hire.

If nothing else, should revive the running game.

I thought Cleveland was going to hire him, really didn't see this coming.

Kubs is still a good game caller, just doesn't make much adjustments and has too many pre-scripted plays he likes to run. I wonder if he'll handcuff Flacco just like every other QB he has coached.

Looks like Baltimore is turning into Houston East Laughing

Yeah I think Rice will be used as more of a featured receiver now as opposed to the safety valve role that Flacco needed when Cameron's all-deep routes were ineffective.
