Man watching Doug Marrone introduce Jim Schwartz is hilariously awkward. Skip to 1.25.

Not trolling, schwartz is just garbage and couldn't lead hungry homeless to a soup kitchen...bad gameplan, no dicipline, and arrogant loud mouth. Lions fans aren't sour or angry. If anything relieved.

Well, as a Bills fan, we're experienced with those who did an even worse job as Head Coach going on to be successful coordinators elsewhere. We're just hoping to be on the other end of that for once.

Unless you have Albert Haynesworth in the middle prepare for some very frustrating bend and usually breaks defenses.
Kyle Williams and Marcel Dareus are no slouches in the middle, Kyle Williams is more of a pass rushing DT, and Dareus is an all around DT, can stop the run and get to the passer.

Yeah, I watched Schwartz in his entire tenure here, and unless the front four is getting unbelievable pressure on the QB, his defense is going to get picked apart. It's a good gameplan against weak teams, but when you go up against good teams, bad things happen.
Well our starting DL is Mario Williams, Kyle Williams, Marcel Dareus, Jerry Hughes. All 4 do well in pass rushing. I'm going to assume he will throw in some exotic blitzes.

Exotic blitzes. From Jim Schwartz. Never ever will you see that.

Minority of Lions fans feel same way. I wish him best. He did a good job under circumstances. The discipline thing overblown as it got better every year. They were one or cleanest teams in nfl this year based on penalties they received.

Thats one awkward interview from Marrone Shocked

As for Jim, Wish him all the best, he moved the Lions foreword took them out the NFL Cellar which no coach had achieved for a while, just stalled the last 2 years, results weren't upto expectations. He also wasent able to develop Stafford or hire somebody too, to get him to the next level, or back to his 2011 season form, ultimately it cost him his job. Jim was the right coach for the Lions in 2009, just not heading into 2014.

Fred Pagac was a good hire for the Bills. Never had much to work with as far as linebackers go in Minnesota but he turned Erin Henderson (UDFA) into a competent starting linebacker.

Thats awesome, just imagine what he'll do with Kiko Alonso. I honestly think he is a better hire then Jim O'Neil was.
