@JasonLaCanfora: Titans former HC Mike Munchak going to the Steelers as OL coach. Deal being finalized tonight.

Absolutely great hire for the Steelers. He wasn't HC material but he was arguably the best O-Line coach every year. Glad it's not Houston but still sucks he went to Pittsburgh.

I refuse to believe this until someone other than LaCanfora reports it. His track record reporting for the Steelers is laughably bad.

If true, however..... Dancing .

John McCain was the first person to report it. Sucks as a Texans fan. Really wanted him as OL coach, but I understand if he wants to go back close to home. Hopefully the Texans go try to get Bruce Matthews to come back and coach the OL.

Seems like a decent hire and yet another coaching candidate that won't be going to Cleveland.

Was he even considered for Cleveland?

I knew he drew some interest from Detroit, but I thought that was it.

Anyway...I dont care. Just happy we finally have a respectable OLine coach.

some of us believed he could be Gase's OC if Gase would've interviewed and got the job

Wasn't ready to be an HC yet, but easily a masterful OL coach. Fantastic hire.

Man.. HC all the way down to O-Line Coach? He couldn't find a coordinator job at least? I guess I think a bit more of Munchak then others. So in that case, I think that's a hell of a hire for the Steelers
