So we all know how TT is when it comes to FA, however, this year there are a LOT of FA's on this team that might not be back and TT will not be able to fill all of those through the draft. If he needs to sign a couple FA's his M.O. is to sign them at market value, not overpay. He will also only be going after low to mid tier players. That said here are some players I think TT could possibly target, the most likely in bold.

Tony McDaniel, DL, SEA - He played well for Seattle this yr and he has good size for 3-4 end, plus he should be relatively cheap.

Cam Thomas, DL, SD - A big body that can play NT in the 3-4, and he is still young. He could be much cheaper than Raji.

Arthur Jones, DL, BAL - He has played well for the ravens and is still pretty young.

Jairus Byrd, FS, BUF - Highly unlikely TT will dish out the $ for him but he is a playmaker.

Chris Crocker, S, CIN - He's a bit old but he would be a veteran presence and should be cheap.

TJ Ward, S, CLE - One of my favorite FA's as he is young and he has been productive. His price tag will likely be too high tho.

Antoine Bethea, FS, IND - He is a very good safety that can play coverage and crash the line of scrimmage.

Kendrick Lewis, S, KC - He is young, has been pretty productive, and might be in the right price range to take a chance on.

Tyson Jackson, DL, KC - He hasn't lived up to his draft slot but he has been solid the last couple yrs.

Malcolm Jenkins, FS, NO - Solid player, depends on the $

Linval Joseph, DL, NYG - He is young and could be a good fit in the 3-4.

Jason Worilds, OLB, PIT - He is young and he has been getting better every season. Pit will try hard to keep him tho.

Donald Butler, ILB, SD - He's a good young ILB

Brian Orakpo, OLB, WAS - Pipe dream

Garett Graham, TE, HOU - He has been productive and shouldn't cost much.

Brandon Myers, TE, NYG - Productive, young, could be relatively cheap.

If they don't sign Raji then sure TT can go after a Byrd - or Ward - or Jenkins, or maybe a Donald Butler but I bet he stays with Indy. What is the best place to spend your money - I say find that DB leader and things will improve a degree right there.

Malcom Jenkins is no better than MD Jennings.

Ryan Clark not being on this list is a mistake. I'll overlook it this time. Laughing

Tyson Jackson and Arhtur Jones are the LDE's I want in FA. I'd rather sign one of them than Raji(and obviously resign Pick to man the NT spot). Both can two gap at 5 tech and play in the nickel next to Daniels if they had to.

Jarius Byrd is definitely the guy I want, he's the only guy that will change the back end of our defense in one smooth move.

I know its highly unlikely but I would love to see us make a run at Alex Mack. I feel that would be the last piece to solidify the offensive line for the foreseeable future.

That's if Bakhtiari improves and Bulaga regains his 2011 form.

Did Chris Clemons sign a one year deal with Miami last year? I'd like him at FS for us too, good stop gap while we draft a mid round prospect to groom for the future.

Wasn't TT high on Tyson Jackson the year he came out? Would be a very nice signing if Raji walks.

Byrd would be excellent but I think the S need is more likely to be addressed in the draft. Ted won't get into a bidding war for Byrd and that's exactly what's going to happen.

Someone made a mock with Stevie Brown SS (NYG) as a potential FA target. He is coming off knee surgery, but he would be a very interesting option and probably at a good discount. I think he would be much more likely than the Byrd/Ward dreams.

Also - color me in the crowd that wants NO PART of Jenkins. He is awful!
