I'm on board with it. Interested to hear what he has to say about Locker, though.

You don't want Grimm. Idk about this hire for you guys. Not sure if he has the ability to develop a QB for you guys. He's a great coach don't get me wrong, just he's not too good at developing a QB.

I'm actually suprised. I thought he was using us as leverage to sign with Detroit.

Like others have said, I'm ok with his hire.

We could do much worse. Now, let's see where the staff goes.

It's not Jim Caldwell. So it's obviously a big win.

I'm ok with it if we can get Grimm and Horton. Hell I'd be ecstatic. I'm not thrilled with him as a coach but those guys will bring a lot to this team.

I like the hire, I would have rather gone after Zimmer or Bevell but Whiz is a very good coach with ties to Nashville. Its going to be about who he brings with him that will make or break this hire. Building a good staff is crucial and I hope he has some good options in mind for the rest of the staff.

Tell him to call Kubiak while he's still available. Yes, I'm still pushing for that.
Then keep Shawn Jefferson on as the WR coach, and let Gregg Williams take over the defense. That would be my Christmas in January.
Very Happy

I definitely want Horton, Grimm and a good QB coach. I'm just so happy we FINALLY have a new era.
