Wondering what the panthers fans think about the DB coach Steve Wilks? IS he ready to take on a DC role? thanks for the imput..

Was just reading how captain graded out as the 11th best corner. Not to mention we've started 2 undrafted free agents in the secondary in big games this year. He's done a great job with very little to work with

You have to consider the front 7. Good coverage starts with a good pass rush.

That's true, but Wilks has done a great job with the talent at his disposal.

Steve Wilks will be a DC candidate in the next few years. One of the best secondary coaches in the league. Does more with less.
