This will be the Giants highest pick since 2004. In 2005 they would have had the 12th pick but it was traded in the Eli Manning/Phillip Rivers trade

Previous 12th picks:

2004: Jonathan Vilma
2005: Shawne Merriman
2006: Haloti Ngata
2007: Marshawn Lynch
2008: Ryan Clady
2009: Knowshon Moreno
2010: Ryan Mathews
2011: Christian Ponder
2012: Fletcher Cox
2013: DJ Hayden

I want Khalil Mack at 12, David Yankey at 44.

It all started with the release of the coke machine in Brandon Jacobs.

After watching our franchise player sustain his first injury today which i said was going to happen at some point if our lovely oline didnt show signs of improvement... if the Giants do not address the oline without free agency signings.. id like to see either a Tackle or Guard with our pick.

Taylor Lewan - OT / Michigan
or
Gabe Jackson - OG / Mississippi St.

You get a road grader with either one of em. in defence of Jackson..Im getting sick of hearing too high for a guard. When u have a chance to grab an elite prospect on the oline like either of one of these 2 guys you do it. After seeing Eli get hit low today and sustain an injury to be taken out of the game, no price is too high for an elite guard.

1. Houston Texans - 2-14 (.559)
2. St. Louis Rams (via Washington Redskins) - 3-13 (.516)
3. Jacksonville Jaguars - 4-12 (.504)
4. Cleveland Browns - 4-12 (.516)
5. Oakland Raiders - 4-12 (.524)
6. Atlanta Falcons - 4-12 (.553)
7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - 4-12 (.573)
8. Minnesota Vikings - 5-10-1 (.512)
9. Buffalo Bills - 6-10 (.520)
10. Detroit Lions - 7-9 (.457)
11. Tennessee Titans - 7-9 (.504)
12. New York Giants - 7-9 (.520)
13. St. Louis Rams - 7-9 (.553)
14. Chicago Bears - 8-8 (.465)
15. Pittsburgh Steelers - 8-8 (.469)

Sig says it all. Let's hope QBs get taken early. Also, I don't think any team from 3-11 would take a WR with their first pick. Really wish we could've gotten that top 10 pick, but glad we turned it around this season for the most part.

Can we get a general offseason thread? Based on what Mara just said at this presser, there are some big changes coming.

Sammy Watkins would by my top choice as of right now. But I'm sure there will start waffling as the draft date approaches, and personnel changes in free agency. I don't like that the draft has been pushed into May.

So out of the top three receivers, who would you want?; mike evans, sammy watkins or marqise lee?

I haven't really watched any of them outside of evans last night...

Watkins. He's between Evans and Lee in terms of size, but he's the fastest of all three. The combine will help him, and I'm not sure he'll even be there at 12.

+1 I think there's something very special about Watkins. Not megatron, green, Marshall. But the next tere down.

Not sure if this thread is for later picks as well. But LaRel Collins and jimmy hill from LSU both had huge games again today. I think yankey has the edge on Collins but are fairly similar with their versitily. Hill ran for 216 today but comes with a lot of off field issues that can compare to Blount. Some say in the right locker room he can be Steven Jackson 2.0.

ATM Collins is a 2nd and Hill 3rd to 4th
