Lovie Smith deserves more love in this thread.

If I'm an owner/GM hiring Lovie is the easy part, finding a competent OC to pair with him is where I'm spending my time..

Thinking outside the box I'd love to see Gus Malzahn get a shot. He adopt's his offense to his players, and it has worked at every level of football so far.

That list of coaching candidates for the Raiders is so horrible. I would keep Dennis Allen over any of those guys.
