Cal connection with Tedford.

good slot/4th receiver option. Has better short area quickness than Underwood had, so could be useful in Tedfords offense.

Regardless was prob vet min and a good signing

One thing is for sure , lovie and licht are attempting to improve the depth on this team. Hoping they can sign major wright. That gives us quality depth at safety and special teams players. We are thin at LB though. Behind our 3 starters we have fletcher. That's it.

We didn't get DeSean... but dammit we got Lavelle. Laughing

Is Hawkins really any good ? I mean what is his best season 2-3 touchdowns 400-600 yards ?....

No. He's probably a solid number four or five though.

I don't know if Williams has anything left.

I wouldn't mind Ayers. It wouldn't hurt to take a look.

Maybe. But both are at te point to take what they can get in terms of 1 year deals that aren't guaranteed. Why not take them to TC ?

im sure we'll bring in a couple guys UDFA and let them battle it out. Look at the Seahawks. Had KJ Wright and Malcom Smith as major contributors. Both are later round guys, Smith being a 7th rounder

I don't know if Williams has anything left. That's why I don't think he's worth bringing in. We might as well look at younger guys.

that's a great move. love it.

For those saying Ayers, would have loved to add him to DE rotation but he signed with the Giants. (how good of an offseason are they having? Honestly doing really good things)

Good deal.

Like you said, I love that Lovie/Licht are adding depth as well as starters.

This is already a very different team from last year.

If Eli stops turning the ball over so much, they could easily challenge the Iggles for the division.

We really are loading up on depth, good stuff. We're signing some guys who aren't top starters by any means, but are capable NFL players. I feel like the last few years we had our starters and then nobodies.
