Was too young to even know what the hell the NFL Draft was.
Only names that mattered from this draft were McNabb and Martin, but I mean, we got a franchise QB from the draft where virtually any other option would have been a bust so I have to see it as a success.

Full agree, I was young as well, 2002 is where I started watching, but John Welbourn was a solid player, and I think Damon Moore was unfortunate to get the injury as he was off to a good start in his career.

Love me some Cecil though.

Didn't you meet him or broadcast with him or something?

Yeah, worked with him at Gridiron TV, hopefully see him more as I rise through the ranks over here.

I flew from Philly to Tampa with him.

Real nice guy.

Great one Blah.

Can't really comment on the draft since I was 3 back then

John Wellbourn was a very good OG for a lot of years.

I think the Damon Moore pick needs a higher grade. He was a very solid safety when he played and was a good pick. You can't predict ugly injuries (unless you draft a guy that is injured) and ultimately that is what essentially ended his career.

On play he deserved a B at least, unfortunate circumstances meant he only played a limited time so had to down grade.
