Even this early in his career, Allen may be the best pure route runner we play all year.

I sure hope they have an answer for Allen coming out of half becuase he's the only reason this isn't 14-0

Jesus. Without Tamba and Houston, we have ZERO pass rush. Sadly, we're actually getting some penetration still, but Rivers picked us apart on that drive.

I know Tamba and Houston are out of that drive but Sutton stop calling FREAKING prevent plays and only rushing 3 people. If you keep doing this through the year you don't deserve the defensive coach of the year.

I really don't understand why they're not collasping the pocket to get Rivers on the move. It seems like they're trying to contain him intl the pocket.

Ya he's doing great right now. SD got a steal with that pick. I hadn't watched him play til now but I'm impressed with him

Happy with the offense overall. Very effective in the passing game sans the two sacks early on, and JC is actually looking like the JC of years past ripping of 6-7yd runs consistently.

I just pray neither Hali or Houston are seriously injured. Not only would we have little chance to win next week, our season would be over, backing into the playoffs for one and done.

Picked him up in my fantasy league over a month ago and let me tell you, Keenan Allen is damn good. Im not surprised at all with the success hes had today. Rivers targets him the most on that offense and he is great at getting open. Good hands too.

That play you can't blame on coverage. A zone with Royal coming all the way from the left to 40 yards downfield on the right. That's allllllllllll pass rush.

He's been beat on about 5 plays that cost big plays though. But yes the pass rush isn't great that's for sure. They need to push and collapse the pocket instead of trying to go around the outside.

3 pass interference penalties on one drive. And all of them were actually good calls. The defender was grabbing our receivers.

Offense is coherent today. The secondary needs to step it up with Hali and Houston out.
