My league has 1.5 pts for 15 return yards, if Harvin returns kicks will be a factor no question, just a matter of how many and how often?

I assume you mean 1.5 points for 15 yards.

Anyway it doesn't really matter how often. He'll return some kicks and be effective when doing so. The point is that you're not going to get similar production from a receiver who also returns kicks. There's just not that many fantasy relevant WRs who also do kick or punt return duty. It makes Harvin more of an asset in your league after the bye. I'd still have him as a low-to-mid-range WR2 until we really get a sense of what the offense is going to look like with him in the line-up.

Not to be a jerk but you really didn't need to make a whole thread to ask this.

Anyway to answer your question. Pete Carroll said that starting after our Bye week Percy will be our full time KR and that all restrictions are off now. Which is good and means his hip is healthy.
